Tea Bowls

Macha , Chawan Bowls, Tea Bowls, I love making them.

They are used for individual Tea Bowls or Rice bowls and many USA Art Collectors are loving the shape and size as they are beautiful to display. As an artist there is something so soothing and special about making something that I know will last the test of time, be enjoyed in calm moments and handed down as a favorite possession to a loved one.

Family, Friends, Fun..... and Focus......  2012

I am constantly challenged in the balance of time in my life.
As an artist we tend to hyper focus, as I have grown, I have learned to make time for other things along with my art. The result is a full week of balancing Family, Friends, and Fun time along with my making my art work. I think the hardest part is going from one thing to another and still getting a full focus jump back in to my work at any given moment. I am learning to balance it all much better now.  Happy 2012

Free to fly

My world of Art and Life has exploded!
So many creative juices are flowing in all the right directions for me.

My Artwork seems to be taking on a life of it's own with the freedom to fly like a butterfly!

I am looking forward to this flight!
